Merrick's Returns & Cancellation Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept the return of merchandise that is in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags on it within 7 days of your receipt of the order for an exchange or refund less any shipping and handling fees. If the item is defective or shipped incorrectly we will pay the return postage. We do not accept returns on jewelry, accessories, swimwear, under garments, evening wear and sale items. Orders from stock can only be canceled prior to shipping. Special Orders and back orders placed with our suppliers cannot be canceled.
Shipping:
Merchandise in stock will ship within 24 hours. Special & Back Orders will ship when received from our supplier. Generally merchandise is shipped via USPS or UPS whose shipping rates apply. In certain cases we will ship via Priority mail. If you need your order quickly, please request expedited service on your order. Additional shipping charges over standard shipping charges will apply to expedited orders. Sorry, but we only ship US domestic.
